Senior – Field Application Engineer
(Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi
Min. Experience : 3-5+ years)

Good understanding of customer needs relative to products, technology, direction, competition, design process and design cycle from Defense, Aerospace and Research Organizations.

Discover design requirements from the system level down to each individual element collaborating with the design, production and/or engineering departments to develop/execute technical strategies that help solve customer design challenges.

Any Bachelor’s degree from Engineering stream BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and jobs skills can be obtained.

Support Engineer
(Location: Bangalore Min. Experience : 3-5+ years)

Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems. Actively update, maintain and monitor all product Annual maintenance contacts with customers. Install and configure products and applications within the company and customer locations. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges. Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved. Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage. Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for hardware and software. Education: Diploma/ BE/BTech in Engineering Background. 1-2 years of proven experience in customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services
